With SUN PRISM Season 1, we invite the brightest minds from select colleges to solve real-world business challenges and nurture them towards innovation and problem-solving.

This challenge offers students a platform to showcase strategic thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills, while interacting with leaders from Sun Pharma. Participants also stand a chance to secure Pre-Placement Interview (PPI) opportunities for Sun Pharma’s flagship PGDM Management Trainee Program (SUNRISE), making this a unique opportunity to kick-start your career with the #1 Pharma Company in India.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to 2nd year MBA students pursuing 2-year full time flagship MBA from select Institutes as listed below.
• The participants would be able to register with only their Institute email id.
• Students currently pursuing part-time, distance learning, and executive MBA programs from these institutes are not eligible to participate.
• Students enrolled in 1-year executive programs at select campuses are not eligible for this program.

Team Structure

• All Participating teams should consist of 3 members.
• One person cannot be a member of more than one team.
• All the team members must be from the same institute and they can be a mix of students from different specializations i.e. cross-specialization teams are allowed.
• Leader of each team will need to register on Grad Partners website after having gone through all the rules and guidelines.

Submission Guidelines

• Round 1: Registered teams will work on the selected case study and submit a 2-slide PowerPoint presentation outlining their initial ideas and approach.
• Round 2: Shortlisted teams will expand their initial submission into a comprehensive solution with an implementation roadmap, submitting a 7–10 slide PowerPoint presentation and a 5-minute video pitch.
• Please refer to below guidelines for video submissions:
  • The video must be in MP4 format and should not exceed 50 MB
  • Video should include both the solution as well as the presenter (as per this sample)
  • Few resources for video management: Conversion & Compression
• Any other supporting excel sheets, details etc. will need to be attached in the annexures.
• Only the Team Leader would be able to make the submissions. Please submit your files in this naming convention only: Leader's First Name_Team Name_Institute Name
• Submissions can be uploaded only in .ppt/.pptx/.pdf format. Please ensure that file size is less than 5 MB.
• Team leaders can change their submissions by clicking on Submission and then Change Submission, any time before the submission deadline.
• Please make your submissions well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute hassles.

Rewards & Recognition

• National Winners will receive a cash prize of ₹2,00,000
• First Runner-up will receive a cash prize of ₹1,50,000
• Campus Winners will receive a cash prize of ₹10,000
• Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs) will be extended to winners and runners-up for full time roles at Sun Pharma, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria  and business need.

Terms and Conditions

Participants are required to go through the following Terms & Conditions before registering for the event:

• All decisions in matters of eligibility, authenticity & final judgments will be with Sun Pharma.
• The format, structure & timelines of events are subject to change before the actual beginning of the event or during the event.
• If a team fails to submit an entry before the timeline, Sun Pharma holds the right to disqualify the team from the competition.
